second day of choir camp... fun if tiring. yesterday was the first day of singing after almost 2 months without proper practice *dies* The entire choir is on Nian Ci An and strepsil overdose at the moment. But my voice is still here with me. Barely. I'm not complaining.

Am too tired to blog... falling asleep in front of the computer... *blasts Alanis Morissette songs and hope ppl knock on my door and complain, so that I'll wake up*

Have a performance on Thursday... on the day Mae comes back *sigh* Should go practice songs...

One more exam to go - an exam that doesn't have a textbook, and has pointless readings and lectures. Am trying to figure out the failure rate for this class, doesn't seem too bad though. So either everyone is really good at crapping, or everyone did so badly it was moderated. I hope it's the latter, cos I sure as hell don't want to repeat this module.

Behold. Another bunch of losers protesting against HP:

"Yes we scared them, but I'd rather scare them to heaven than just let them go to hell -- because hell's kind of scary." Basham said. "What we were trying to do was a peaceable protest against witchcraft and sorcery which Harry Potter is directly involved with. The Bible says to raise your children up in the ways of the Lord, not in sorcery. The Bible speaks out against witchcraft and sorcery throughout the old and new testaments. We believe that this Harry Potter thing is wicked. All we were trying to do is open the people's eyes to reality -- it's not just a little story book."

Basham, who admits he has never read any of the Harry Potter books, believes that the author J.K. Rowling is a witch herself and is trying to promote witchcraft through her books.

Peaceable protest my arse. According to the report, they were shouting things like "Don't go into the library, you'll go to hell!" at the kids. And this crazy nut hasn't even read the books! Judge not and thou shalt not be judged, man.

A fan site says Singapore will only start showing Jason Issac's "Peter Pan" from January 29, 2004 >_< I suppose the distributors are trying to avoid the Christmas competition from LoTR and Matrix, but isn't it even siller to show it in the middle of term? *scowls* Oh wait... it's the Chinese New Year thing is it? *sigh*

Also, the teaser for PoA will not be in Matrix as rumoured, but in a Looney Tunes movie *narrows eyes* Am so not watching a looney tunes movie just for a 1 min and 26 sec teaser. Even if it does have boggart-Snape.

"Love Actually" will show in Singapore December 4th! *cheers* It's of yet unrated.... please let it be at the most M18. Otherwise for the first time in my life, the very obedient and guai1 me (You there. Stop sniggering!) will be forced to break the law.

mood

Translation:
Nemo nisi mors.

the subject

utopist. dreamer. cynic. poet. a contradiction. eccentric. cartesian. a starlight in the gloom.

The patient, born in 1984, suffers from a history of idealism of unknown onset and duration.
